The course offers students the opportunity to learn English in an active and creative way through exposure to real communication situations, emphasizing the learning experience by stimulating the senses. The course addresses age-specific characteristics, language level, learning styles, and children’s types of motivation through strategies designed to introduce new vocabulary, practice it, and reinforce what has been learned.

Vacation Courses for Children Ages 5 to 12
In our vacation courses, children will enjoy themselves while learning English. They will also have the chance to play and make new friends. Activities include crafts, cooking activities, karaoke, outdoor games, dancing, and much more.

Note: Courses are offered mid-year and at the end of the year.

Note:

  • Enrollment becomes effective only three business days after the tuition payment has been made.
  • Paying your tuition receipt in advance increases your chances of choosing a preferred schedule. Please remember that seats are limited.
  • Keep in mind that the start dates for classes are set throughout the year in the  Institute of Languages calendar.

If you already have knowledge of the subject, you may enter a higher level through the  Institutional Placement Exam. To do so, the student (or the parent/guardian if the student is a minor) must:

    Request the Institutional Placement Exam at any of our campuses or by email: ilrecep1@uis.edu.co.

    Receive instructions

    If you submitted your request by email, you will receive the exam instructions through the same channel.

    Placement result

    After taking the exam, you will receive an email with information about the level you are eligible to enroll in (check your SPAM folder).

    Enrollment and payment

    Once the placement process is completed, proceed with enrollment and payment receipt generation.
